Regular Registration Period: June 1 - 30, 2026

Registration Fee: ₱2,000 (with a FREE T-shirt)

Special Early Bird Offer

Early Bird Registration Period: May 15 - 31, 2026 ONLY

Early Bird Registration Fee: ₱1,700 (15% discount with a FREE T-shirt)

Registration Process

1. Accomplish and submit the registration form.

2. Email a clear copy of your valid ID showing your full name and date of birth to info@mswrisingstars.com.

3. Wait for the email acknowledgement containing the payment instructions.

4. Upon receipt of the payment instructions, settle the registration fee to finalize your slot.

Please note that payments are non-refundable.

5. Send a screenshot of your proof of payment to info@mswrisingstars.com.

Important Reminders

A tournament slot shall only be considered confirmed upon full payment of the registration fee. Submission of the registration form alone does not guarantee a reserved slot.
Participants who register during the Early Bird period but fail to settle their payment within May 15–31 will automatically forfeit the Early Bird rate. Any unpaid registration beyond this period shall be subject to the regular registration fee of ₱2,000.
